Equipping future ministry leaders for the local Church and the glory of Jesus.

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”

Ephesians 4:11-12

Why develop leaders?

There is a leadership crisis in the Church at large.

Pastors and leaders have left ministry at an alarming rate over the last decade.

We believe much of that is due to a lack of effective leadership development.

We want to equip future leaders with the spiritual rhythms, theological training, leadership skills, and practical ministry experience to lead the Church forward.

The Church will face hard times in the days ahead. Culture will get darker, truth will be more opposed, and secularism will continue to rise.

We need strong, deeply developed leaders to lead us through the storm.

We feel a great sense of responsibility to develop the leaders who will pastor and lead the local church forward.

What is the LDP?

Our Leadership Development Program is a 12-month residency adventure that is designed to equip future ministry leaders for Jesus-centered, discipleship-driven, & transformation-focused full-time ministry in the local church.

We call the participants in this program: Protégés

The four areas of focus:

  • We are driven by discipleship.

We want to help each Protégé develop healthy spiritual rhythms that fuel a life that lives in the ways of Jesus and practices the teachings of Jesus.

We fight to foster a daily abiding in Jesus through prayer, scripture, and worship in every Protégé.

  • Jesus says in John 17:3 “And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.”

We have a commitment to forming deeply devoted disciples of Jesus who have a robust, clear, & biblical theology of who God is and who He created them to be.

    Doctrine matters.

We want to help you see all of life through the lens of the Bible.

  • We want to see every Protégé grow in how they know Jesus, follow Jesus, & LEAD others to do the same.

We believe that every disciple must be a disciple maker.

Through this program, we will provide concentrated leadership training through leadership books, classes, and conferences.

  • The secret is in the doing.

More than just head knowledge, we want to equip you with the practical experience that you need to lead at a high capacity for years to come.

So yes, we will give you plenty of opportunities to try new things, maybe even fail few times, but with proper direction and encouragement, we believe you will learn what it takes to be the leader that the church of tomorrow needs today.

Who is the LDP for?

Emerging young leaders who have a clear call to ministry, a passion for Jesus, a burden for the lost, and a hunger to build the Church.
