We’d love to hear more about your desire to join our staff.
A Jesus church, radically pursuing the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our day. We exist to know Jesus, follow Jesus, and lead others to do the same. To ignite an everyday disciple making movement.
Open roles
Production Director
Apply nowWe are looking for a Production Director that is passionate about the presence of God and dedicated to developing teams. Someone that doesn’t see production as merely a program to follow but as a way to shine a spotlight on Jesus and disciple people into the ways of Jesus.
Every camera angle, every lighting cue, every stream that hits another campus is a chance for someone to walk into our environments and encounter the power of the Spirit of Jesus free from distraction.
We’re two campuses right now. We’re building toward ten.
That means we’re not looking for somebody who can just run a great show on Sunday — we need a builder.
Someone who can create the systems, standards, and training pipelines that let production excellence multiply across campuses instead of living in one person’s head (or one campus).
We are looking for someone that has extensive experience with audio, lighting, cameras, CG, livestream and broadcast. If you’ve spent years getting genuinely great at this stuff — we want to talk to you.
But we need more than a technician.
We need someone who believes presence matters more than performance, and encounter matters more than entertainment. Someone who disciples the volunteers on their team, not just trains them.
Someone who prepares for the presence of God to move and truly believes that it’s all for the glory of Jesus.
Staff values
Abide in Jesus
Before you are about the work of ministry you are about being with Jesus. Fruit will all come from overflow, from abiding. You can’t lead people where you haven’t been.
John 15:1–5
Be family
These aren’t my coworkers, this is my family. Be unified, of one mind, connected. Restore what’s broken, fight to be family. If we lose this, we lose our witness.
John 13:34–35 · 1 Corinthians 1:10 · 2 Corinthians 13:11
Make disciples
We never graduate beyond personal disciple making. Our lives are always anchored to boots on the ground disciple making. A group of people you’re walking with.
Matthew 28:18–20
Equip the saints
Equipping others for ministry, raising up leaders, multiplying yourself. I am a leader of leaders! I am more of a coach than I am a star player.
Ephesians 4:11–16
Give your gift
Only you can do that — discover what it is and bring it for the sake of the body. Discover it, use it, refine it. Know your maximum place of impact.
1 Corinthians 12:12–31
Death works in us so life can work in others
We do not lose heart. One of my jobs is to not lose heart. Jesus is Lord, I am your servant. Come back to this on every hard day of ministry.
2 Corinthians 4
Live above reproach
A higher ethical calling, a measure of holiness. Implement safeguards to ensure sin doesn’t creep up in areas it shouldn’t be. Nothing in my life is hidden.
1 Timothy 3:1–7

Development
Program
We’re developing leaders who can
- Build churches
- Lead teams
- Influence industries
- Disciple others
- Carry the Kingdom into every space
Equipping future Christian leaders for the world and the glory of God.
There is a leadership crisis in the Church and in culture. This isn’t just about church leadership. It’s about leadership everywhere. In workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, and families we need leaders who can carry the presence of Jesus, stand on truth, and multiply disciples in the everyday spaces where life happens.
The Leadership Development Program is a 6–12 month discipleship and leadership journey designed to develop Kingdom leaders for wherever God has called them — the church, the marketplace, or the city. It’s more than a residency. It’s a formation experience.
The world doesn’t need more hype. It needs holy, humble, courageous leaders who can lead through tension, withstand pressure, and stay faithful to Jesus. We feel a deep responsibility to form those leaders — for the Church, for the city, and for the future.
